Jerry Nickerson, Jr., PE, CxA is a collaborative panelist for The Rice University Building Institute, Research Fellows Convocation: 2009 Lessons Learned & 2010 Fellow & Topic Introductions. He will be one of the presenters discussing "Flexible Facility Development - Anticipating Advances in Medical Technology & Equipment" and "Integrated Project Delivery: Three-Party Contracts".
