We have developed a reputation for designing corporate facilities with energy efficient, cost-effective, and reliable MEP and low voltage systems. Our experience includes large scale corporate headquarters and office campuses both within urban and ever-green suburban settings varying from 10 acres to 100 acres. In addition, ccrd often participates in master planning efforts for multi-building corporate campus site selection prior to the systems design and development of utility infrastructure.

Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), Lone Star Campus
ccrd partners provided lead commissioning services for the Advanced Micro Devices Lone Star Campus. The 860,000 square foot project was constructed on a 59-acre tract to consolidate its Austin based design and administrative staff.
Metro Park Conference Center
Metro Park Office Park, located in Springfield, VA is a Class A office development owned by ING Clarion and managed by Akridge. The conference center located at 6363 Walker Lane is offered as an amenity to the tenants located within the office park.
Nokia House, Nokia Americas Headquarters
The first phase of a four-phase campus development for Nokia Americas, a communications technology leader, is a 300,000 square foot, four-story headquarters office building.
