Critical Facilities Engineering
It All Starts with The Perfect Plan
ccrd offers over 20 years of experience in and corporate facility design. We bring the expertise and critical knowledge to design data center facilities that are responsive and functional. But beyond that, we make sure our engineering designs live up to the critical design requirements of project scheduling, cost control, and system selection. Careful planning, during the initial design phase with regard to equipment layout, is how we insure the necessary ease of operations, growth, and above all, system reliability in data center environment.
Coming up with cutting-edge sustainable solutions is where ccrd excels. Today’s critical facilities come with unique challenges for cooling and power distribution to meet data processing densities. Increases in today’s software applications and data bandwidth have been expanding processing power requirements. System designs must include provisions for planned maintenance without downtime. Tailoring our solutions to the client’s needs is the art of engineering. ccrd takes great pride in customizing our high quality engineering services to meet each client’s requirements, sustainability needs and budgets.
Take a look at some of our most recent Critical Facilities projects.

The Houston Contact Center is an existing 220,000 square foot, call center facility with 1300 seats located on the Katy Freeway in Houston, TX.
JP Morgan Chase National Consumer Services Call Center
Zeigler Cooper wanted to team up with an engineering firm that understood the challenges of providing MEP services for a world-class data center. That’s why they went with ccrd.
JP Morgan International Plaza
ccrd is an MEP engineering firm that collaborates with owners and architects to design sustainable systems for corporate centers across the country. A great example of this is JP Morgan’s three-building master-planned corporate facility.
